Who we are

Corvex Studios builds Minecraft plugins, Discord bots and server setups. We run this website and the Corvex Studios Discord server. If you have a question about your data, open a ticket in our Discord.

This website

The website has no accounts, forms or checkout, so we don't collect your name, email or payment details here.

• Hosting logs. Our host may keep basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and to keep the site running.
• Analytics. If analytics are turned on, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. It uses cookies and collects data such as your approximate location, device and browser. You can block it with your browser settings or an ad blocker.
• Fonts. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Our Discord server and bot

When you use our Discord server, our bot stores the information it needs to work:

• Tickets and orders: your Discord ID, what you write in the form (details, budget, deadline), quotes and status. When a ticket closes, a text transcript of the channel is saved to a private staff channel and sent to you by DM.
• Reviews, vouches and suggestions: what you submit, your rating and your Discord ID. These are posted publicly in our server.
• Verification and security: your Discord ID, roles, and records of removed messages, timeouts or kicks.
• Economy and giveaways: your Discord ID, coin balance and giveaway entries.

Discord itself also processes your data under Discord's Privacy Policy.

Payments

Payments are handled by the payment provider named in your order (for example PayPal or Stripe). We see the payment confirmation, but we never see or store your card details.

Why we use your data

• To deliver what you ordered and give you support
• To keep our server safe from spam, raids and scams
• To improve our services and website

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Ticket and order transcripts are kept as long as we need them for support and record keeping. Other bot data is kept while you're in our server. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, unless we need to keep it for legal or payment reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Open a ticket in our Discord and we'll handle it within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
