FAQ

Questions people ask.

How do I place an order?

Join our Discord, go to the orders channel and click Place an Order. A private channel opens where we talk through it and send your quote.

How fast do you reply?

We reply to new orders and tickets within a few hours, and usually much faster during the day. If nobody picks up your ticket within 30 minutes, our bot pings the team again.

How long does it take?

Small plugins and bots usually take 1–3 days. Bigger projects and full setups take longer, and you'll get a delivery estimate with your quote.

How do I pay?

Payment happens inside your ticket, where only you and our staff can see it. Every payment is logged, so if anything goes wrong it can be sorted out.

What if something breaks after delivery?

Everything we build has a lifetime warranty. If it breaks because of our code, we fix it for free, forever. Open a support ticket and we'll sort it out.

Can you work on my existing server or bot?

Yes. We can add features to something you already have, fix issues, or clean up an existing setup.

Do I get the source code?

Custom work comes with the source by default, so you're never locked in. Just say if you need anything specific.
